Qualified individuals will possess knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the areas of Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology or Pharmaceutics. A degree in Pharmacy and prior teaching and research experience in Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred.
The Graduate Assistant will perform duties in the School of Pharmacy that are required to support 1) student success in the PharmD curriculum, 2) maintenance and safety in research laboratories, and 3) faculty-directed research programs. Activities include Teaching Assistantship support within the 8 Integrated Pharmacotherapeutics courses, 6 Pharmacy Skills Lab sessions and other required PharmD courses.
Graduate Assistants are provided non-accruable paid sick leave as well as paid bereavement leave as described in the Graduate Assistant Handbook.
