Rhona has been with the SEHHB Student Services office since 2007. She facilitates the licensure process for our students with the Illinois State Board of Education, making sure they have met all state requirements, entitling them and instructing them on their part of the process. She also helps faculty, staff and students with internal processes connected to our programs. Rhona is originally from northern Illinois, but has lived in southern Illinois for the past 25 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Greenville College and worked with children in a variety of settings for many years. She enjoys working with college students, faculty and staff at SIUE.
