Welcome to IMPACT Academy
As the SIUE community has made an intentional commitment toward creating a campus community that is equitable, inclusive and anti-racist, IMPACT Academy provides workshop opportunities to support this goal. We are committed to creating a learning community that addresses systems of oppression, issues of identity, understanding bias and social justice.
There are opportunities for those taking their first steps, as well as those who have been entrenched in equity, diversity and inclusion work for a prolonged period. We invite you to participate in workshops and monthly discussions and to consider applying for the NCCJ Certification opportunity.
All of our voices are needed in creating foundational and imperative change on our campus.
