EXECUTE: Commonly Occurring Problems

Problem #9: Team members are complaining about a fellow team member behind his/her back.

If you overhear teammates talking about a team member behind his/her back, interrupt them by asking: "Who is going to talk with him?"

Bottom line: You should never do this. If you have a problem with a team member, talk directly to that team member, possibly using advice associated with the other "commonly occurring problems" found here.
