The Office of Science and Mathematics Education (OSME) is a unit of the College of Arts and Sciences and is dedicated to promoting excellence in science and mathematics education. The office provides a link between the specialists in content areas with faculty in the School of Education to promotes high quality instruction for both pre-service and in-service teachers.
The office serves as a center for outreach activities: offering workshops, in-service courses, conferences, and institutes for teachers as well as campus and other science based programs for area youth.
