What are you doing for self-care?
- I like to take walks when the weather is nice, as well as travel to National Parks to hike. I most recently went on a road trip to visit Yellowstone, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Badlands and Glacier National Park. I'll be going back to Rocky Mountain National Park in a couple weeks to hike when it's cooler outside.
How are you bringing sociology into your experience?
- I bring sociology into my experience hiking and going on road trips by wanting to have a deeper understanding of the area around me in terms of history and culture.
