Born in the Missouri show me state, Diane is married to Geoffrey Otieno Owino, a mom of 9 adult children, 20 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Diane lives in East Alton where she enjoys nature walks, traveling, the arts, and preaching a good sermon on Sunday mornings at the HEM New Life Center.
