About Caroline
Caroline has a diverse professional background that includes roles in human resources, accounting, tax preparation, and management. Her consultancy services extend to advising businesses on effective workplace communication strategies and provided guidance for startup ventures.
Recognized as a dedicated helper, she extends her support beyond the classroom, assisting individuals with resume development, interview skills, overall communication improvement, and self-discovery.
Beyond her teaching role, Caroline runs an established local business where she coaches and works as a health care practitioner, focusing on mind, body, and eating psychology. She actively speaks on topics including mindset, goal setting, emotional eating, and nutrition and fitness.
Caroline lives by minimalist principles which isn’t just about having fewer things; it’s about making intentional decisions that align with one’s values and goals. Her favorite activity is decluttering and minimizing and encourages others do the same. She takes great pride in her organizational skills.
