Leadership in Organizations - Online Degree Program
Overview
In today’s fast-paced world, companies and organizations seek innovative, strategic and proactive leaders who possess the knowledge and organizational perspective to influence the future of the company by creatively managing and efficiently allocating human and capital resources.
The integrative studies online degree program with focus areas in sociology and psychology revolves around organizational leadership and administration themes. The program features courses on leadership theories and practices, as well as organizational dynamics, in order to instill critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Final transcripts will include the focus area in integrative studies.
The program is geared toward working adults who have earned or nearly completed an associate degree (AA or AS) and who wish to earn an online bachelor’s degree.

Tuition and Fees
$430.75/credit hour = tuition, fees and textbook rental!
New undergraduate students receive a guaranteed tuition rate for four continuous academic years.

Fully online students are not required to pay for housing, meal plan, student health insurance or parking. Textbook rental is included with general student fees, but additional shipping charges may apply for off-campus delivery and return.
Financial Aid
Students may qualify for grants and loans. Apply for financial aid by filing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. You must identify SIUE as one of your schools of choice using Federal School Code 001759. Some awards are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
