We have modified the Employee Excellence Performance Review Program (EEPRP) to include the following:
- New Likert scale rating system with a rubric for scoring
- Revised user-friendly review sheets with an employee and supervisor feedback section
- Individual and Department Goals
As we approach the end of FY24, it's crucial that all our supervisors, managers, directors, executives, and employees complete their EEPRP by June 30, 2024. This is a key part of our performance management process, and your timely action is greatly appreciated. Please upload all completed evaluations to empevalshr@siue.edu.
The guidance on how to complete EEPRPs can be accessed on Blackboard at BB.SIUE.EDU. Once you're logged in, you can find the specific guidance in the “EEPRP File Folder” located under “Training” within the “SIUE Office of Human Resources Trainings” module.
