Concert Bills and Programs
Essex - accompanying the body of the Essex collection was a
group of several boxes of handbills and programs, mainly of musical programs in the
Boston area during the nineteenth century.
Tollefsen - contains a number of original concert programs,
including 28 in the period 1888-1898; one as early as 1854 (opening of the Academy
of Music, New York). Also a run of annual meeting programs of the Bohemian Club, autographed
by famous twentieth-century musicians.
Benoist - contains 23 programs and a handbill, of concerts in which
Andre Benoist appeared as accompanist.
Damrosch - one framed concert bill, nineteenth century.
