General Assistantship (1958-2024)

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related field; must be a Master's degree seeking student; must possess strong written and verbal communication skills; must have the ability to design marketing content and track performance; must have professional experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook; and, must be creative and detail-oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience creating social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram; experience using social media content manager (e.g. Hootsuite); experience creating graphics, flyers, and other marketing materials; and knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Canva).

Position Description

Creating marketing content for social media, Blackboard, School of Business mobile app, and email; designing graphics, writing content, developing internal and external communication; tracking and analyzing marketing content to determine effective marketing strategies, maintaining Excel spreadsheets for internship and employer contact tracking; data entry and analysis of internship experiences and evaluations; providing general assistance to students seeking internships; other special projects as assigned.
